Vortex Remover
Vortex Remover is a quirky rock duo from Salem,
Oregon. Peter DeGroot (former singer of Anbot Rodroid) plays a toy
guitar with 3 strings, and Rob Groves (former drummer of Strawberries)
plays a homemade stumpf fiddle as well as a variety of instruments he
invented himself. They have performed at various events in the Salem
area, including the 2015 Ted Talks, Make Music Day, and the Rejected Art
Faire. They have appeared on CCTV and KMUZ radio. They released an
album called Rawkward Phase in 2017.
